Robotic Surgical System Technology Development Case
This case is an important project of HIWIN in the medical field. SSIN completed the overall mechanism of the robotic arm. The design goal is to cover the casing of the robotic arm and complete other peripheral parts to complete the environment suitable for the hospital and easy to use.

Part One - Robot Arm
The concept is to wrap the multi-link through the bellows. Simplified visual interference with multi-link. The handle of the syringe in front of the robot is designed to meet the needs of the operation. This makes it easier for the user to move the syringe position.

Part Two - Robot Cart
The cart design makes more than three 1:10 scale models per week to meet with the teacher to discuss. In the early stages, think about the
connection between the cart and the robot arm. Experiment with circular, square, and multi-legged chassis, and consider how they are actually
produced.

Part Three - Trial Production
After discussing the final decision, HIWIN conducts production trials to test the feasibility of clinical use. The left image is a 3D rendering, and the right image is a real product.

Meeting photos
The case lasted for 12 months, during which many amendments were discussed. HIWIN engineers also assisted in the development of this case.
