Our client heard the athletes’ voices recently. “I was stuck by the slider while stretching. ” Based on this demand, we started to develop a new slider.
Solution
We are going to develop a flat but not raised slider which can solves the inconvenience when stretching. Especially when doing yoga.
Design Concept
Screening four development directions in step one. The hole is reserved at the end to tie the rope.
3D Printing
Make rapid prototyping by using 3D printing. It can quickly confirm the shape and appearance of the zipper.
Mold Development
After discussion and revision, the mold was made for trial production in the next step.In order to meet the needs of sportswear, modify unilateral use to bilateral use.
